Seeing Kate Hudson in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, back in 2003 busted a long learnt myth – that blondes should not wear yellow. Of course, having the right shade of blonde and skin complexion helps to pull off the lawfully “wrong” colors, textures, lengths etc…if such exist.

How sunny, warm, bright, uplifting is this hew? Silk, cashmere, angora, satin, brocard…no matter the still rulled the S/S 2013 runways and will reign over this summer as well. Both the high street and the mainstream brands adore it!

I will dare a yellow dress! still haven’t found one! And the high standards of those in the gallery, really make the search and selection more difficult!

Exercises tips to have a backside like Kate Hudson

Want to look great from behind like Kate Hudson?

Here are some exercise tips to get that fanny fit:

First, start with Warm-ups. OK Mag advises to get your back warmed up, perform the classic yoga cat-cow stretch. Start by pulling in your stomach to round your back and then arch it and reach the top of your head toward your tailbone.

The next exercise uses your entire body to be involved. First lay face down on the floor with your arms straight out next to your ears, the tops of your feet should be on the ground. Then lift your arms, head, chest, and legs off the floor. Then bring the right leg and left arm down lower and switch to the opposite leg and arm. Release to the floor and do 15 repetitions.

Try some of these exercises if you want to get that backside right before summer…

Le Divorce

My Old Addiction

(out of 5)

In this latest offering from the team of Merchant Ivory, a young American woman (Kate Hudson) arrives in Paris to be with her newly pregnant sister (Naomi Watts), a poet who lives in the fair city with her French painter husband.  Hudson’s arrival is greeted with the husband’s departure when he decides to leave Watts for another woman; she tries to be supportive of her now-abandoned sister, but can’t help but be taken in by the magnificence of Paris and in particular the opportunity to become the mistress of an older, conservative politician (Thierry Lhermitte). The politician is related to Watts’ ex-husband, unfortunately, and their relationship might screw up the process of the divorce, the central argument of which is the ownership of a priceless painting that Watts brought into the marriage but now might be split up between them…
